American Landmaster Recalls Utility Vehicles Due to Crash and Injury Hazards

This recall involves American Landmaster utility vehicles series EV, L3, L4, L5, L5W and L7, equipped with standard (non-power) steering, and manufactured between March 2021 and October 2021. They were sold in red, blue and camouflage colors. Landmaster and the model name appear on the frame near the front left wheel of the vehicles. The model year and date of manufacture can be found on a data plate behind the vehicle's pedals.

Shop LC Recalls Electric Space Heaters Due to Fire and Burn Hazards (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Shop LC personal electric space heaters. The heaters are black or white with a gold grill and were sold individually or in sets of two. The heaters sold individually have a dome-shaped top and a carrying handle. The heaters sold in sets of two are cylinder shaped. The heaters measure about 8.46 inches tall and 5.3 inches wide. Serta Recalls Mattresses Due to Violation of Federal Mattress Flammability Standard and Fire Hazard (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Serta Perfect Sleeper-branded mattresses. The white single-sided mattresses have navy blue side panels and were sold in twin, twin XL, full, queen, king and California king sizes. They were manufactured from July 15, 2021 through August 6, 2021. The date of manufacture in DD/MM/YY, the model number and "Prototype ID: L1" can be found on a white tag sewn into the head of the mattress. Positec USA Recalls WORX Electric Pressure Washers Due to Impact Injury Hazard

This recall involves the WORX brand 13 Amp 1900 PSI Electric Pressure Washer with model number WG606. The pressure washers are gray and orange with the WORX brand name on the front of the product and "Electric Pressure Washer" on the handle. Recalled products have serial number ranges from 20210200078905 to 20210200096490 and from 20210200097286 to 20210200097881, and the serial number is found on the product label located on the main body of the product on the back of the soap tank. The model number can be found on that same label in the upper left.

Stance Recalls Kids Crew Socks Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves the Stance Kids Reiny Szn Mid-Cushion Crew Sock with UPC M: 19107481113 and UPC L: 190107481120. The UPC codes can be found on the back of the hang tag on the sock. This recall involves Adam the Apple children's stackable toys. The toys have 15 wooden pieces with a story written on each piece. They measure about 6 inches tall and 6.5 inches wide when stacked and look like a happy-faced red apple with a leaf atop. Petzl Recalls Lanyards with Carabiners Due to Risk of Serious Injury or Death

This recall involves Petzl Scorpio Eashook lanyards with aluminum carabiners at the end of two retractable polyethylene arms. The lanyard, designed for via ferrata and adventure park use, supports up to 264 pounds. It measures about 30 inches un-retracted, about 43 inches extended and the short arm length is about 14 inches. SCORPIO is printed on the gray zippered pouch that contains the energy absorber. Petzl is printed on the gray zipper pouch attached to the lanyard and a serial number ranging from 21A 0000000 000 through 21I 9999999 999 is printed on a white tag in that gray zipper pouch.

This recall involves the Pittsburgh Automotive-branded pneumatic roller seats. The swivel seats are red with a 15 to 20-inch pneumatic lift range and have a black storage tray located above the wheels. This recall involves AllMeInGeld children's nightgowns. The nightgowns were available in three styles: long-sleeved, short-sleeved and long-sleeved with a matching doll nightgown. The nightgowns are made of 100% cotton and were sold in children's sizes 3T through 9. The nightgowns were manufactured in pink stripes with three ribbons at the neck; pink with flower print and pink with unicorn print; pink with lace décor; green, red and yellow striped nightgowns with a cherry embroidered on the left chest and blue and pink with a cherries print. The sewn-in label has Chinese lettering.

This recall involves Maxtrade's Coolster Mountopz ATVs, models 3050-B, 3050-C, 3125-B2, 3125-CX-2, 3125-CX-3, 3125-XR8-U2, 3150-CXC, 3150-DX-4, 3175-S2, and 3175-U. The vehicles, intended for use by children aged 6, 10 and 12 years and older, or for teenagers, depending on the model, were sold in various colors. Coolster is stamped on the handlebar and the model number is printed in the center of the rear axle.
