This recall involves the Kroger brand acetaminophen. The red, white, and yellow label states, Kroger, Acetaminophen, Arthritis Pain, Extended-Release, Tablets USP, 650 mg, 225 extended-release tablets. The bottle has a red continuous thread gear closure. UPC number 041260012846 and lot numbers P2100890, P2100891, P2100992 (each with expiration date Aug-2023) and P2101010 (with expiration date Apr-2023) are included in this recall. The Manhattan Toy Company Recalls Activity Loops Toys for Infants Due to Choking Hazard

This recall involves the Manhattan Toy Company's Activity Loops with model number 215210 and lot codes EAN or FCN. The recall applies to these two lot codes only. The model number and lot code can be found printed on the bottom of the dome shaped base. The loops are green, orange, blue and red and have moving rings and sliding soccer ball shapes. The toy has a suction cup bottom that adheres to non-porous flat surfaces.

This recall involves a four-foot Spirit Black Light Fixture & Bulb. The light's housing is black and has a 48-inch black light bulb. A date code 2021/06 is printed on the bottom of the unit. This recall involves Nautilus treadmills with model number T616 and serial numbers 100672PRO21140001 through 100672PRO21171980 and with model number T618 and serial numbers 100647PRO21130111 through 100647PRO21183960. Nautilus and the model number are printed on the plastic shroud at the front of the treadmill's walking belt. The serial number is on the base-frame of the treadmill beneath the belt.

Jungle Jumparoo Recalls Children's Toys Due to Violation of the Federal Lead Content Ban (Recall Alert)

This recall involves Jungle Jumparoo children's toys. The toys have a blue metal base, a black rubber tube, and two blue, green, red, and yellow vertical metal poles to hold onto when jumping. They measure 77 inches tall by 55 inches wide by 55 deep. Only the large Jungle Jumparoo toys are included in this recall. This recall involves Intimidator and Mahindra branded models 750, 800, 1000, TGB, and GC1K utility vehicles (UTVs). The recalled UTVs were sold in a variety of colors. "Intimidator" or "Mahindra" is displayed on the front grill and the model series is printed on the rear-side panels. Elevate Outdoor Collective Recalls Backcountry Access Avalanche Transceivers Due to Risk of Loss of Emergency Communications

This recall involves the Backcountry Access Tracker4 Avalanche Transceiver sold in yellow and black. The transceiver has a digital screen on the front and is about five inches long and three inches wide. "BCA" and the model name "Tracker4" are printed on the front of the unit. The serial number for a transceiver is located inside the battery compartment after removing the top AAA battery. Only the transceivers with serial numbers beginning with 21H05 or 21H06 are affected by this recall.
